SALTO KS is a wireless, cloud-based smart lock technology company founded in 2012 and based in Amsterdam. We are a close team of 25 made up of developers, technology lovers, and innovative thinkers and locking technology is our business. We offer the only wireless smart lock platform that allows other companies to create and offer their own smart lock solutions.
At SALTO KS we’re building the future of access control with a team of 30+ ambitious ‘Bricks’ and counting. We need someone with a hands-on mentality and people skills to help support the internal recruiters to find new Bricks that fit the needs of the ever-evolving and growing team.
The KS team’s core mission is to grant easy access for businesses anywhere around the world, in a logical and user-friendly way. The pillars of this mission are the Bricks: SALTO KS’s employees that are working hard every day to reach this ambitious goal.
During this six month internship (or zero-hour contract), you will play a big role by assisting the internal recruiters’ schedule interviews, screen incoming leads and actively source passive candidates. Therefore creating a more efficient and effective recruitment flow.

We are looking for outstanding, passionate, communicative candidates who are not afraid to show initiative.
Are in the 3rd or last year of their studies or who just have obtained their degree
- Have outstanding organizational skills
- Are interested in a potential part-time job with a zero-hour contract
- Have affinity and understanding of technology and organizational structures
Can communicate effective and professional verbally and written in fluent English
Are not intimidated by a little research
Are able to work independently and in teamwork
